Date: Tuesday, April 17, 2007 Time: 11:00 to 1:00pm Place: The Cottonwood Club, 6813 South College Avenue, Fort Collins
Presenter: Julie McCahan
Topic: Exploring Our Unique Motivational Styles – The Dualities In Human Nature
About the Presentation:What makes people tick? What makes us unique? Why are some employees motivated by a “carrot” while others appear to get moving when a “stick” is used? Why do some people talk in great length about a process and others appeared bored after the first three sentences? Why do success stories and testimonials work so well in sales, teaching and coaching others? Why do rewards or prizes work well in a training environment? How can you increase communication with a person different than yourself or is it possible to communicate more effectively with those different than ourselves? The questions we ask ourselves when we observe and experience the differences between two people – come find the answers at this presentation.
