About the Presenter: Jim is also adjunct faculty for Duke Leadership and Performance Group – part of the continuing education program for executives at Duke University. He just completed a book, his first, on the leadership succession crisis in business called The Five Insights, which provides the basis for his presentation. Jim Morris also serves as the Chairman for the Experiential Training and Development Alliance, a consortium of consulting and training businesses that work to improve the quality, efficacy and understanding of experiential training as a method for organiztional transformation. His community and civic involvement include board memberships with the Pagosa Springs Arts Alliance in his home in Pagosa Springs, and serving on the National Board of Outward Bound - Discovery. |
