What is ASTD national doing to get in step with the changes and anticipate them rather than react to them? Come hear Penny McDaniel, a training professional for over 15 years, share insights learned from the national advisory to chapter leaders and ASTD national leadership. You'll experience the trends from Penny, then have an opportunity to process them in "Open Space Technology" with your peers. This technology can be used in a variety of settings and you'll be able to add it to your trainer toolbox for the next meeting or planning session you facilitate.
About the Presenter: Penny McDaniel, President of Collaborative Connections, Inc., is on a mission to unleash passion and purpose in people and organizations. CCI accomplishes this by engaging and developing successful leaders throughout an organization; teaching people how to collaborate and work together effectively and “hopefully” joyfully; and by supporting the alignment and commitment to achieving individual and shared goals in organization. Penny has more than fifteen years of experience working in the field of facilitation and training and development. She has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Colorado and a Masters Degree in Applied Communication, with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), from the University of Denver. She is an adjunct faculty member for the University of Denver - University College, Applied Communication Program. |
