Susan
Keehley is a training consultant offering end-to-end
training services customized to your organizational
needs and available resources. Her client list
spans the Pacific ocean to Guam and Australia. She
recently wrote a customer service handbook for small
businesses in northern Australia, and is currently
creating a training manual to prepare students to
pass a standardized Sociology exam. Her training
output includes both synchronous and asynchronous
training.
In
addition to her training experience, Susan has over
8 years experience with building and managing high
performing sales teams in a customer centric
environment. She specialized in the
telecommunications field and enjoys the
ever-changing, dynamic wireless industry. She has
worked for PrimeCo, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and
Union Wireless where she was recognized for her
achievements and successes and placed in several
pilot programs pioneering new methods for
organizational success.
Susan
received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from
the University of South Florida. She has completed
certifications in Captivate 5 and the ASTD Trainer
Certification course. Susan would like to combine
her training and wireless experience to promote and
develop m-learning (mobile learning.)
