Robbi has spent the last 23 years as a training professional in various functions such as instructional designer, training administrator, instructor, training consultant, curriculum manager, and instructional technologist. She currently supports training partners at IBM as an Authorized Independent Training Provider Account Manager, which includes program strategy and operations support for companies and their employees worldwide. Previous to IBM Robbi was a Training Solution Designer/Project Manager and Instructional Technologist for AT&T.

Robbi holds certification as an Instructional Designer and Training Director from Langevin Learning Services and a Project Manager from Steven’s Institute. She is also currently working towards certification as a Green Belt in Six Sigma and has a passion for process improvement.

As the VP of Programs for ASTD Northern Rockies Chapter, Robbi is responsible for facilitating the speaker proposal process and the scheduling/delivery of programs for chapter members and guests. This includes identifying potential speakers, interviewing references, presenting candidates to the board, obtaining program facilities, coordinating program announcements, monitoring registration, assisting at the scheduled event, and reviewing end of program evaluations.
