Patsi Maroney started working for the Larimer County Human Resources Department in 1981 and has worn many different HR-related hats over the years. Most recently, she has been the County’s Training & Organization Development Specialist since 2004. She’s a member of the County’s Facilitation Team and volunteers with the City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services’ Mediation Program. Patsi has a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Technical Journalism/Public Relations. She completed the year-long Organizational Development Certificate Program through Mountain States Employers Council in December 2006. Patsi is a certified trainer for both Crucial Conversations® and Crucial Confrontations®; she is also certified to administer and interpret the EQ In Action Profile® designed by Learning In Action Technologies. In her spare time, Patsi enjoys doing Tai Chi, Pilates, walking, bike riding, and traveling.
